Minimum durance of occupation is 7 days.
Short durance of occupation is possible on request (surcharge of € 5,- / person / day).
Pets are welcome (€ 5,- / day).
Free parking space in front of the house.
Bedclothes, towels, visitor's tax and final cleaning are included.
Smoking in the flats and family rooms is not permitted (smoking is allowed on the balconies).
Distance to the next supermarket is about 200 m.
Distance to the next bus stop (skibus): about 100 m.
We serve breakfast on demand (€ 8,- / person / day).
Half board is possible on demand.
All our family flats are sufficiently equipped with dishes and cooking pans.
If you book a flat or a room, we charge 30% deposit, the rest has to be paid when you arrive at our residence.
In case of withdrawal of your reservation the 30% deposit will be decayed.
Children's prices are valuable to the end of 13 years of age.
Departure until 10:00 o'clock am.
Arrival from 4:00 o'clock pm.
We have a free shuttle service on demand for your arrival and departure between Ferienhaus Isabella and the train station in Kufstein.
